Project AMBER holds an innovative design inspired from the Public Private Partnership model wherein both the sectors engage in a blended financing model (1:1 leverage) supporting the career trajectory of targeted youths. With this project, we will be launching a bouquet of carefully curated and research validated COVID-19 resilient job roles for enhancing youth’s employment opportunities in post COVID economy. The project will also focus on creating strong placement linkages through robust employer engagement and capacity building of training partners to support learners into career pathways. With the project design, the training partners will be capacitated with the requisite skill sets to successfully deliver quality training.

Besides fulfilling CSR/Philanthropic mandate, the funding partners will receive:

  • Project implementation and management support
  • Programme impact evaluation to immerse into a scalable quality programme design
  • Co-branding with government’s Skill India Mission at the selected Training centres 
  • Employee Volunteering/Engagement opportunities for adding value to our learner’s career trajectory
